Fear is one of the strongest emotion
that the human body can experience, it is so strong in fact hat on more than
one occasion it has the power to lock our entire bodies up, more or less
leaving us in a state of paralysis.
In other cases, fear is something that
more or less attacks the very nature of our humanity, making it so that even
for a short period of time we more or less lose track of whom and more
importantly what we are.
There have been more than one occasion
where fear has got the best of people, and there have been cases where fear has
cost some the ultimate price, however what about when you are forced to live
and deal with fear?
What about when every passing sunrise
brings with it more fear to have to deal with and at the same time more
disappointment and a bigger feeling of hopelessness and subjugation than the
day that has just passed?
What exactly do you do then?
Some people in this world have to more
or less deal with these situations, and up until now there would not be any
sign of change and no hope in sight, making it more and more difficult for them
to escape the boot of oppression that was stamping on the back of their heads
as well as the constant realization of hopelessness and the unfairness of the
world.
And why is that? Because the people in
question have all had the misfortune of being born females, in a world where
females are less compensated and have their merits less recognized than their
fellow male coworkers.
What is needed here is empowerment,
nothing more and nothing less than empowerment, meaning that the promotion of
gender equality as well as all the required measures in order to make the women
that have to live with the fear of abuse as well as all the unfairness of oppression
feel not only safe but also powerful and capable enough to make it and succeed
in order to achieve their life long dreams.

again they have varying degrees of success, making it more and more frustrating
in the long run.

There are a lot of things that we
